The GST100 is a compact, versatile gym station for building muscle and functional strength. Multiple stations allow for a variety of resistance and bodyweight exercises that target muscles across the whole body.
The GST100 includes a range of workout stations to target all major muscle groups, including pull-up/chin-up station, cable crossover, dip station and footplates.
Thick steel tubing with a powder coating guarantees the stability of the GST100. Resistant to rust and corrosion.
The customisable weight stack provides precise resistance adjustments for a wide range of exercises. Refine your workout and enjoy smooth progressions as you improve your strength and fitness.
Built-in bars support pull-ups, chin-ups and dips, adding upper body strength training without extra equipment.
High strength cables have a 6mm thickness and galvanised core.
Included are a lat pulldown bar, straight bar, 2x strap handles and tricep rope, giving you a wide range of exercise options to target your entire body.
